Freedom is my Oxygen

Dwana Smallwood says, "Dance is my Oxygen" I have spoken to her about this statement and heard her clearly when she spoke.... been...

While listening to this song "Forever" on Commons album: Finding Forever

was drifting between feeling sorry for myself for a mistake I made and forgiving myself for taking so long to rectify the issue.  'Forever' is a song that for some reason repeated on my ipod....

In that song I heard these words:

1. Acknowledgement
2. Apology
3. Amendment
4. Atonement

Meditation: (Question)

What is forever? How do you find it? Is this a mental state or is this a catchy colloquial term?

Conversation:

Along the way I have had to ACKNOWLEDGE... The I in the many situations I have been in....where I felt that the secondary individual was more important than the primary one (self)  I acted out...

In response to the matter at hand or to the idea that I had created about the issue... at the bare minimum the acknowledgement is not CONSCIOUS it is at that moment: just words.

I believe it is not until you get to 'Amendment'' do you clearly understand the ramifications of your actions, behavior and well as the spiritual back lash...

One can not get to those other things until you clearly go through a well thought out path/plan to ignite the obstacles so you learn the lesson and not have to repeat the mistake.

To continue to stay present will ACKNOWLEDGING whatever the issue that was blocking your growth and caused the conflict is the first leap to making a sincere apology.

The mistake I made I apologized sincerely for and have since removed myself however I had to understand each step in order to rid myself of the guilt and shame

Today I challenge you to fully acknowledge your full self... Today I challenge you  to become aware of who you really are... Today I challenge you to grow beyond your own understanding...
