Asking for feedback?

Been searching for a teaching position and the response I am given is "you do not have enough experience" here is my request for feedback......

As I journey on this endeavor to change the lives of the children that look like me (colored, black, African, Latina, Indian), I am having the most difficult time getting my foot in the door because I am not a conformist, nor do I want to produce cookie cutter children so I am asking in this moment for feedback? What is missing from my skill set at this point, that keeps me from the position in with which I seek, and continue to apply.  I currently have 13+ yrs of business management experience as well as 7+ yrs of children's management experience and I look like the constituents ascend serves. Not to mention three degrees that tell me I have the education to match the passion,so you see where I am puzzled? And I am going to get a philosophical doctoral degree before I leave this planet.  

I am clear on needing further academic degrees so that once I have the position it cannot be ripped from me. I would like to be able to get in the door. I am asking you how? How can one do that when one is told constantly you are good but well we want better? I want to know what is better to you, how do I on paper show you that I am best (that was horn, tooting)? I have applied with ascend for several positions, the feedback I am given is 'you do not have the experience'? I am puzzled and feel dismissed by these word, for several reasons. I managed a grammy nominated band (they were nominated) while I was managing them....I traveled the world in a business capacity with heads of states, presidents and prime ministers to represent this internationally recognized ban, yet I do not have the experience to deal with (handle) urban children, yet I am urban.  I even stopped managing the band to go to school and get the degrees so this would not happen...yet it still is

I understand you are busy and I know my name keeps coming across many desk there so when you have time please, I ask you humbly to reply... the education field is soon to loose a very passionate educator....because "I do not have the experience"
